Our Diamond Lane package includes everything in The Autobahn, but without the dedicated engineer and home computer support. The Diamond Lane package still goes way beyond typical IT help plans to provide a comprehensive, highly integrated suite of services and technology designed to virtually eliminate your concerns about IT, 24 hours a day. With our Diamond Lane package we’ll handle everything. We’ll solve all the problems, handle the requests, and build the technology your auto dealership will need for years to come. If any new products or services become important for your company along the road, we can add those to your contract for further support.

The On Ramp

The On Ramp package is designed for smaller auto dealers who can get most of their IT needs met within the 9 am to 5 pm workweek, but still need comprehensive IT security, server or cloud management and IT system monitoring. The On Ramp package gives you insightful strategic advice, quarterly network audits, workstation support, and firewall and patch management services from our same expert engineers within a smaller IT system and support schedule.

Pay By The Mile

We focus on delivering comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions, but we understand that money can be tight or unreliable when starting out. If you are looking for solid IT help for your dealership but aren’t ready to go with our comprehensive IT service packages above, we can prioritize your needs and come up with a unique IT services package that takes care of your greatest needs without breaking the bank. Pick and choose the features and time you need without the proactive IT monitoring we usually include. Be forewarned, we will always recommend you add our proactive network inventory and IT monitoring services as soon as possible. After all, Benjamin Franklin was right: an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Your company will be best served and save the most time and money in the long run when you add our comprehensive IT help and services. In the meantime, our Pay By The Mile services allow you to scale up or down to meet the demands of your business when you’re starting out.
